She's more than likely looking at a bird or some other animal and getting excited. That's what they do! All the best;^)

Cats do this when they see birds. I think they are trying to "talk" to the bird in order to trick it into letting them catch it. LOL.. Or it could be their way of saying. "Wow.. check out that bird.. I want a bite of that!!"
It's a predator thing. All cats do it, especially at birds.

It is known as 'barking'. It can vary from a slight growl to a full on moaning session. Normally occurs when they see something that they want to catch and eat. My cat wiggles her whiskers as well. It is hilarious.

She's excited & interested in the birds, squirrels or whatever else she might be watching out there. All our cats do this, but what surprises me is that our new kitten is already doing it.

I see this in my cat very often. She does it when she sees birds, she does not really hunt them, but she gets very curious, and utters a little sound that is funny.
They're so cute!

It is normal for a cat do that. It is called chittering. They normally do it when they see a bird outside or a rabbit.

Mine does that when he sees a bird. Sometimes a little growl or meow comes out with it.

they "chatter" ; that is their natural way of getting their prey to come to them.
