Eating healthy and an excercise regime is a lifestyle. i guess the 1st thing u need to change is your lifestyle.
To lose fat, especially those love handles & tummy, do cardio 30-40 mins 4-5 times a week.
And train some weight resistance excercise in order to tone & shape up those slacking muscles...
Eat wisely, less fried and cheezy & creamy food and more on steam and grilled meats.
60% carbohydrates, 30% protein &10% Fats.
Eat 6 small meals a day...that would increase your metabolism rather than 3 main meals.
Dont eat after 8pm.
Happy shaping up!

Yes, you can!! If you eat between 1200-1500 calories a day and even do some moderate exercise you should lose 1-2 pounds a week. That's at least 15 pounds over three months. Watch those carbs, cut out sugar, eat more protein, drink lots of water, and exercise. Don't eat after dinner, I drink tea if I'm hungry in the evening and try to eat small portions thoughout the day to regulate your blood sugar levels so you don't feel as hungry. Lot's of veggies, chicken breast, tuna, only whole grains no white bread or pasta. Good luck, you can do it!!

If you find your self getting a hungry eat some fruit or drink some water, your hunger will subside, as your stomach shrinks back to its proper size. Stop eating 2 hours before you go to sleep. If you're looking for healthier food and diet help check out this web site they sell very healthy organic vitamins and energy drinks without caffeine.
Also while working out give your self goals. If you're going to do something like run or walk, then give yourself a distance you want to conquer for that week and really stick to it. Start slow and work your way up. That is very rewarding. Also don't do the same work out routine for to long. Go to the book store and check out the DVD section, find some work out DVDs that look like fun and try those. If you find a work out that works but after a month its just not doing it for you anymore switch it up. Don't forget to give yourself at least one day off from working out.
You may want to get on a particular diet, may I suggest Fat Smashers, that is the one I did and it worked for me, it is a 3 month program and you will see results. Check that out it is by Dr. Ian Smith. My best friend tried The Oriental 7-Day Quick Weight-Off Diet, and that worked for her.
Good luck, I am sure you will have a happy birthday!

lots of water. cut out all sodas and sugary drinks. milk and water. Even some of the low to no calorie drink mixes, ( the kind that come in a single serve package) can be okay in moderation.
most of our calories come from drinks and we never think of it.
I just add a piece of fruit to my water when I am dieting.
Peaches, oranges, lemon are all good in iced water.
Also with the food, change how you cook it. Instead of frying, grill it. I don't know how much weight you can lose but you will feel better.

don't cut out parts of you diet like carbs, they are essential, some can handle not eating then, but most can not. What will help you the most is cardio. find something that you like doing that will force your heart rate up and keep it up for at least 20 min, preferably longer than 30.
use this guide to figure out where your heart rate should be and aim for that, but only do what you feel comfortable doing at first and gradually build up your times and pace.

hope this helps, and have a great birthday

Eat less of what you been eating and try to exercise. If you don't like exercise, try dancing, running, or walking. Find several flights of stairs and go up and down three or so times per day. Any type of movement to burn energy will work. I promise, you will see results within one month if you are disciplined. If you ate an extra piece of cake or meat, increase your exercising for a couple days.
