There is a guy at my school that is really gross who is really fat and picks his nose in public that likes me, but I totally HATE him.

1983 honda VT750C shadow motorcycle cranks and starts fine when engine is cold,but when fully warmed up the starter seems really strained to rotate engine and push through the compression stroke. It is worse on very hot days when engine runs hotter, it never overheats. It has never failed to start ,but sometimes I have had to release the starter button momentarily and push it again to get the engine to rotate and start. A local mechanic is trying to convince me that this normal for this model motorcycle. It has a new battery and very recent starter brushes replacement. Anybody familiar with this particular bike? Thanks

I recognize that I have the ability to contrive imaginary meetings and conversations with the people I've encountered in my life... that I can evoke their memory and do with it what ever I like - make them dance or sing or speak; gesture, smile, weap and the like. I can manipulate everything about them; it's all available to me in my own able imagation.

I also recognize that I can do the same thing with fantasy figures like Donald Duck and Superman.

What I cannot do is meet my dead friends and family or any of the fantasy characters I'm familiar with here in the reallity of this space and time. They are not real, you see?

Do you posess the same ability as me and do you see the difference between imagination and reality?

I'm just wondering...

thinks its ok for people illegaly enter America because they are good people they just want to make money and provide a better life for their families
Why should we take care of (illegal) foriegners in our country, if their country cant provide for them how does it becames our responsibility
isnt that a crime if someone tries to break the sovereign laws of a democratic state
and to add i dont care where they are from whether they are white,black,brown,yellow or anything as long as they are breaking laws in trying to illegaly immigrate to usa, they will always be criminals in my mind

Because thats happening to me right now,

I like this girl and she likes me and she ended up wanting to go out with me but i turned her down for several small reasons. But now i regret it and now i want her. I explained why I said no and that i would want another chance and she just said idk.

Would she give me another shot or would she just forget about me all the sudden.

I dont think she would cause she had her first kiss with me , so it would be wierd if she just gave up. So i think she might give me another chance but im not sure.


On the plus side about saying no, we havent seen eachother for like 3 weeks so if i said yes we will probably be broken up already.

By evacuating, processing, and using this resource of oil, are we not changing the equilibrium of the planet 's temperature from within(removing a pocket of insulation, or a pocket that absorbs radiation) as well as from without (burning it into carbon emmissions that affect the atmosphere)? Example; when a forest of trees are cut down, the effect on the enviroment is greater than just the processing and use of the wood that these trees created.

I see a lot a atheists mocking religious belief, and the idea that the world is created. Do they understand that we too mock them. As an Oxford Professor said, to say the universe happened by chance is like saying a tornado can go through a scrap yard and put together a boeing 747 (in fact this is the probability of just one strand of dna)

You laugh at me for believing the universe was created? (not the christian 6days/6000 years old creation). Let me just affirm to you that so do I mock you for your mocking.

well i had a bon fire, and this guy came that i really like, and he "wants to get to know me" but has feelings for another girl too. The anti-smokers have made it very clear that property rights do not exist when it comes to allowing smoking.

Now some anti-smokers are using property rights as an excuse to ban smoking in peoples own homes.

1) if property rights don't exist for one group why should they for another?

2) if its their building but the tenants home, should they be allowed to tell the tenant how to live?

3) Should their be a distinction between owning a building and owning a tenant?

So I have a pet boxer (brown with a bit of white and black) and I need new bed sheets. I know he probably shouldn't sleep in my bed but he is such a baby and I just can't let go. Here's the situation. I moved into an apartment on March 15th 2007 and signed a year lease with a landlord who seemed pretty reasonable. there was no working front door lock before we moved and, and we were assured it would be fixed before we moved in. Two Months later after constant reminding he finally fixed the door. In the meantime, we learned that there were no smoke detectors in the apartment, when the weather was warm bugs infested the place, and i mean infested. They were everywhere, in my bed, every room. Awful. The kicken sink pipes leaked into the bedroom, the place was really a mess. Not to mention the landlord proved himself to be a drunk, and would fly off the handle at any given occassion when something seemed to set him off. He was convinced that we were loud tentants, because we came home at 11PM almost every night (we work in restaurants, and he knew this prior to us moving in). We asked to terminate the lease, and he had no problem allowing us out. In fact
