I'm 16 years old and it is summer time and i'm overweight. At the beging of the school year i weigh 300 pounds and i lost a good 30 pounds witch is 270. Does any one got any ideas how i could not gain this back and lose weight at the same time. How i lost it i stop eating drinking sugar stuff. Please give me some ideas.

I have started a weight loss prog which focuses on eating right and reducing portion sizes etc.
The only exercise I am getting in is 2 short walks a day for about half an hour.My toddler too keeps me busy all day so right now I have not time to exercise.
It looks like my weight has kind of come to a plateau.How can I kick my metabolism to carry on with the weight loss.

Reagan wanted regulations eliminated but the Republicans we have now have regulated us to death, To me we are over burdened with regulations and operating a small business is getting worse. Life use to be much simpler and you could concentrate on your customers but now you spend 3/4 of your time complying with regulations and now the penalties are much worse also. maybe we are becoming a totalitarian society with cameras at ever corner.

i am in high school and looking for an nice paying intresting occupation and i like computers and like to fix things so i thought maybe a comuter hardware engineer is good for me so i was wondering how long does it take to earn a bachelors degree and how much does it pay to be a computer hard ware engineer and if its worth it and is it fun or a dull job like an accountant please help.. btw i live in texas, united states

I tried LCD's and they just dont compare to CRTs for me. I purchased two very nice LCD HDTV's to use as PC monitors (Samsung & Sharp Aquos 1080p) Neither looked as clear as my 19 inch CRT. Full screen tv shows i downloaded looked blocky and pictures on the internet looked grainy. So anyways I loved the size and want the biggest widescreen CRT I can buy!

I think they'd be cool if they didn't cut themselves and they weren't sad all the time.

I am looking for recommendations for a new mp3 player that does not require software to transfer music. I do not want to use iTunes or Windows Media Player. I do not want to use playlists, rate my music, or any other functions. I do not want to use music with digital rights management. I simply want the mp3 player to be recognized by Windows as a hard drive so I can drag and drop my music to the player and then select the folder or track I want to play. My iRiver H320 is perfect but it is dying and needs to be replaced. Any ideas?

I've been suffering for 2 days...It hurts a lot...compared from my tonsillitis when I was a child, this one is more complicated...

I can't eat...I can't even sleep...every time I swallow even my saliva, It hurts so badly...please help me...i tried drinking hot juices...i tried Bactidol...but nothing would happen...please help me...I keep praying to God...
