Preach it brother. Amen. God bless those words. Refreshing to hear some wise words among the trash talked here. Praise God for Jesus Christ.

Yes
He created all things.
He and the Father are one.
Without the shedding of blood there is no remission of sin.
He was the sacrificial lamb
My name is written in the Lambs Book of Life
all sin is forgiven (cast as far as the east is from the west which is infinite, north to south is only thousands of miles)
He will have a place prepared,in heaven, for all those that accept His forgiveness

I have felt the weight of my sins lifted from me after confessing and asking for forgiveness. It's for real.

This earth is a world of Duality, the discord seeks to ruin us, the good is there waiting for us and gently calling to us. The Divine respect free will, so we must invite them into our lives in order to receive help.
There are reasons we are born without understanding spiritual reality. Many people believe in ghosts but cannot relate that to themselves or to the fact that they may need some help after they die.

Be blessed.

No, because I don't believe that jesus did die on the cross for me or anybody. I personally believe that the Jesus that is portrayed in the Bible is nothing more than a myth, simply due to the lack of evidence, and the whole bizarre idea of God having to sacrifice himself in order to allow himself for forgive everybody.

Are you aware of the full implications of Jesus rising from the dead after three days? For the first time ever, a zombie started a killing rampage in the need to consume human flesh. As he claimed victim after victim, more zombies rose and added to the slaughter. Dozens died within the first day, and by the end of the first week, thousands had been sacrificed to the zombie Lord Jesus. Only on the second week, when a zombie accidentally impaled his skull on piece of broken wood did the poor people finally realize how to stop the zombie Jesus' murderous rampage.
Thirteen days after the zombie Lord's return, it was over. But the last words of zombie Jesus were clear. "I will come back for you!" Those who knew of the zombie Lord Jesus' horrible actions tried to make sure that everyone would know that zombies would coma back to try to destroy all human life. They wrote the messages of warnings for all to read, but then, something horrible happened. A group of zombie Jesus lovers destroyed the writings, substituting a message of false hope instead. They covered the truth in lies and stupidity. This evil group has long since attempted to prepare the followers of the zombie Lord by feeding them its flesh and blood in bizarre rituals in places called "churches." The zombie Lord Jesus will one day return to once again feed on the flesh of the living, and his followers will sacrifice themselves to him and join his march against the living.
Prophets have recently come to warn us. Great men, like George A. Romero, who know the truth. The end times are coming! You must prepare yourselves for the battle of all battles: the living vs. the dead! Remember my fellow living friends, you must destroy the brain!.

Hair to christ: Are you aware of the full implications of wantonly bashing other ways of viewing the world? Jesus death on the cross happened more than 2000 years ago, and is historicly disputable. Yes, your slate of sin can be wiped clean, never to come up again, just dont worry about it. PLEASE JESUS I HAVE SINNED: I HAVE STUCK MY HEAD IN THE SAND, I HAVE TURNED AWAY FROM YOUR LOVE AND I HAVE LOST MYSELF INTO MY CREDITCARD. PLEASE JESUS GIVE ME STRENGTH TO THINK FOR MYSELF, TO LOVE YOU MORE AND TO STOP ACTING LIKE A SHEEP AND BE MORE LIKE YOU, A LAMB.
I know my destiny and my path is the RAZORS edge where the likes of YOU dare not follow unless you abandon your burdon of self love, and hate for those WHO WILL NOT FOLLOW YOU.
JESUS said: 9:5 – "As long as I am in the world, I am the light of the world." That was quite some time ago. Your living GOD is your own will, your own Compassion FOR christ.

Let me see if I have this right:

God sent himself to earth, so that he could sacrifice himself TO himself; all for the reason of changing a biblical law that HE created?

The implications of the crucifixion story have more to do with control of the general populace of the time, changing the standard religous belief, and guiding the notion of how a civilized society should act.

Yes, they're exactly the same as all the earlier gods who died for me.

Did you know that your jesus is just a rehash of earlier, cooler gods?

Are you aware of the full implications of believing in fairy tales? Things like flying planes into buildings or inquisitions tend to happen.
