I was fired. I wasn't receiving benefits at first. But about a month ago I started receiving unemployment benefits. All because I answered an honest question on the survey asking if I was in school. If I had known that my honest answer would result in no benefits at all then I would have answered no to the telephone survery's that you call in each week. I have a family, of three four including myself. The government does not care if my family and I survive. I enrolled in an CDL training course at the City Colleges in CHicago. It is a 6-10 course, and I will come out with my CDL license plus the actual CDL certificate. A job paying $10 per hour or less would not be beneficial to my family, we won't survive, so I am trying to better myself by enrolling in the training program. IDES is saying that I can't actively look for a job, because my schooling is from 9am- 3pm. Which is untrue, I have gotten interviews for jobs that I have went to. Can they take my unemployment away?

My sister is bipolar, will never be able to work, is on welfare and somehow managed to run up $15,000 in credit card debt. She clearly will never be able to function in the real world again, so doesn't care about her credit rating. Bankruptcy costs $1500 to file, where she lives in Canada, and she is thinking she will just not bother. She hopes the credit card companies will stop calling and one day just write off her debt if they can't find her. Is she correct? What should I advise her to do? She can barely cope with life and needs advice.

I go to a private high school where we have to wear uniforms which sucks! When your a senior you don't have to wear uniforms for the month before school ends but all the underclassmen do (May 10?-end of year) as a senior priviledge for us. So I am thinking since we dont need the uniforms anymore to tie all the shirts, skirts, pants, anything uniform together and extend it from the library window to a light pole. (This will be a long ways and everyone will be able to see it!) I think it will go great! Do you think this is any good? Any ideas to extend from it? Thanks.

I know I have severe psychological problems. My depression alternates. Sometimes I will feel very anxious and I will do strange things, like spend hours downloading pornography and then feel guilt-ridden and want to slit my writs. Another thing, I will want to go get in a fight because I will feel so full of energy. I do things like that to make me happy. It ends up making me feel worse, even suicidal. And then a few hours later I will feel happy and I will be joking around again and then I will switch to being depressed again, wanting to cut my wrists. I am tired of feeling happy one minute and then majorly depressed the next and being in despair. I don\\\\\\\'t know what is wrong with me. I have a history of drug and alcohol abuse to self-medicate. Last week I got so depressed I drank and got alcohol poisoning and ended up in the ER. Does anyone suggest anything?

Ok, for $100,000. you can choose one channel on TV (cable, whatever you can get). You don't have to watch TV, but if you do, it can only be this one channel. Or you can say no.

Would you do it, and if so, what channel would you choose?

For me, I pick ABC, because it has my 2 favorite shows, LOST and Dancing With the Stars.
