Probably nowhere and you would be foolish to try as the company would probably not be legit...such as a front to obtain information for identity theft to use in another country and very difficult to pursue criminal charges against if they do.

You would be better off visiting local dealers that have self-funded finance with "buy here-pay here" deals...at least you would be dealing with an entity that is in the same jurisdiction (hopefully) in the unfortunate event that you would need to pursue the matter in Small Claims Court if they did not live up to their end of the bargain.

Downside is that most "buy here-pay here" self-funded lenders contracts are very tight and do not allow for missed or late payments and it you do either, the vehicle can legally be repoed and you are out whatever money you pay into it.

Don't be a fool and take a chance of making one of the biggest mistakes of your life. Go to your local bank, credit union etc. don't go online and give someone all of your personal information...wrong...wrong!

If your credit is that bad give your money to someone local at 21% (or what ever) then pay online at the same rate or even much higher..28%? Ask the bank or credit union about bi-weekly auto payments right out of your account.
