how do you say "p.p." (per procurationem) in Spanish?

The point i need to translate is to say that a document was prepared by a different person than the one who signed it.

"per procurationem" or "por poder".
"P. P." is ok in Spanish as well :-)

In Spanish is normally said

por poder
