Some Christians say God put evil tree in the garden because he wanted to see if people would obey him. Why would he need to run a test to know that? Wasn't he supposed to be outside of time and able to see the future?

In my garden, there is one small area that tens of bees have been hovering around for the last few days. They are a more pale color than regular bees. And I have seen a few land and enter holes in the ground. Also, should I get rid of them? I have children and pets. And if so...how?

I asked a question about searching a property title in the Yahoo community recently. In one answer, there was a reference to a mechanics lien being an example of an encumbrance. I read somewhere that unpaid subcontractors could seek this remedy, but who would foreclose on the property in this case? If I want to make an offer on a property with such a lien, how can I help the seller settle the claim first?

What would you do if you were transgendered/transsexual and had a gay or lesbian friend (who was sometimes more) and this "friend" came to you for sexual favors when they couldn't find anyone else, or they were drunk, or..in my case, last weekend, she went to Pride and saw a lot of "hot" lesbians and since she couldn't get any of them, she came back to ME, to provide sexual services for her.
Yet, this "friend" will turn around and tell you that they can't be WITH you because they are gay or lesbian, and can't see themselves dating someone transgendered because they are gay or lesbian, and so can't date a FTM (if this friend is a lesbian) or can't date a MTF (if this friend is a gay man) because it messes with their identity and is out of their "realm".

It's like I'm good enough to sleep with, but not good enough to be in a relationship with. It's all ok, if it's behind closed doors. How would this make you feel and what would you do?

There is this song I used to hear at my work, and then I heard it once on the radio once. The problem is I don't kow the name of the song or who songs, so I can't look it up. The song goes something like "would it be alright If I crashed at you place tonight you see I am not up to driving" It goes something like that. Then in the chorus it goes something like, "hey jessie hey jessie", or it might be hey josie hey josie"; I don't really remember. I think that kis repeated several times. What I have here is all I remember about the song. If anyone can help me figure out the name of this song or who sonngs it, I would really appriciate it. People become conservative when they have a family and go to church . So they become delusional and finally have someone uneducated enough to follow their rules .
In bed at 8 , no violent TV , clean your room , take out the trash ,cut the lawn ,and it just gets worse till you leave vowing never to do that to your kids .
Then you get a job and follow orders all day and complain with your friends while you consume massive amounts of beer .
Then you meet that special woman and start a family . This is when you revert to your conservative indoctrination of do as I told you or else . This is my house and when you have your own you can run it the way you want .
Conservative must mean boss because we all know how stupid the boss is right .

my fiancee is kind of selfish an he does not take me out often. i asked a couple of times an he tells me he has no money but then like two days later he buys a head board an bed frame. Or when i make a suggestion about something he thinks im after something. Then he calls his mother saying i always want to go out an do things. Then she tells me i should make something in tAhe house. But sometimes i want to go out an have fun. an i feel like he is a mommas boy calling his mother for everything trying to make me sound like the bad person. like i think she has a seriuos problem without listening to both sides of the story. An in my personal optionon i think she needs too stop butting in out relationship.
