I've found a turtle, which my dog, as dogs do, chomped on it. There appears to be blood, but no visible wound. The shell is somewhat damaged, and we have put him(?) on our deck in the sunlight.

Any idea as to how to take care of it for recuperation?

We'll take it to the vet later.

Personally, I am past the point of caring what people call me. I believe what I believe and that's it. I don't believe in giving amnesty to millions of illegal immigrants. Many of my neighbors are being forced to move because we are being squeezed out. I am thinking about moving too. My neighborhood used to be nice, now I have seen hispanic gang members walking down the street. My truck was stolen from in front of my house recently.

I used to hit the weights, do cardio, eat right, and take supplements. At one time, I was 8% bodyfat. I've gained alot of weight, esp since not working out. I know that I need to get back to it all. I am joining up at a local gym. I'm wondering, what kind of approach should I take with getting back into it all? Weights/cardio combo? Start off light and gradually get back to it all? High protein, low carbs? Any good supplements? Any suggestions would help. Thanks.

Albino blacks look nothing like white people and if we were albino we would have no pigment and not be able to have black hair brown eyes ect. If we were albino blacks we would have wider flatter noses and kinky hair as well as other features that are similar to blacks.
