Wrist bones...........carpals
Remember this is in supine position..... palm up..thumb to out side......starting on the thumb side going in
She - Scaphoid
Looks - Lunate
Too - Triquetrum
Pretty - Pisiform
now back to thumb side
Try - Trapezium
To - Trapezoid
Catch - Capitate
Her - Hamate
now for the tarsal bones =====
Cute
Tillie
Never
Could
Cooperate
Cuddle or
Cuss
From the back forward:
Calcaneus - heel bone
Talus - weight bearing bone
Navicular - boat shaped
Cuboidal
Cuneiforms (x 3) - medial, intermediate, lateral

Some-Scaphoid
Lovers-Lunate
Try- Triquetrum
Positions-Pisiform
They-Trapezium
Can't- Capitate
Handle-Hamate
Tarsals:
Never-Navicular
Totally- Tallus
Consume- calcaneous
Curdled-Cuboid
MIL-C Medial Cunieform Intermediate Cunieform Lateral Cunieform
