Public toilets are not a common site to pick up an STD (if it is even possible). We know for sure that you cannot get HIV or herpes this way. As for the oral sex there is a difference between the herpes virus that causes cold sores and the one that causes genital herpes, however in rare cases they have been known to cross over, so just dont do oral sex if the person performing it is having a cold sore breakout. So basically the answer is no, other infections of the vagina exist that are not stricly sexually transmitted, like trichimonas and yeast infections, but it is very rare for those to be transmitted to the guy. also it may be possible for warts to cross over from other parst of you or your partner's body. So yes it is possible, but it depends on the disease in question. and it is not possible to get genital herpes from just kissing someone, you could only get a cold sore like they have.

Yes it is possible to still get std's from someone who is a virgin, like crabs can be carried through out a house if a person sleep in another person bed. If they have a std they are born with such as hepatitis C, they can pass it on. Also it is possible to get herpes from just kissing a person if they a open sore and so do you.

Yes possible.
Take public toilets for example. They are swarming with disease like bacteria.
And std's more so.

Yes. They would not have got it by the sexual route, but may have hepatitis B or C, HIV, etc because of a transfusion or by the materno fetal route. If the mother had chlamydia, the baby can have eye problems.
