It depends upon the training and background of the person, whether male or female. Some like flattery, sycophancy. Others like hard work. But all them like obedience and meekness. It is possible that a female boss likes a male and a male boss likes a female subordinate. There has to be some attraction for the opposite sex.

I don't think one or the other makes a "better" boss, but naturally, I find that I respond better to men in positions of control. Whether it's biological or sociological I can't say, but I find that I "do things for a woman" e.g. "Would you do this?", but another man can tell me "what to do" e.g. "Do this." and I'll resent them less for it. Maybe it's the old tribal hierarchy in my veins--I feel that if a person is going around barking orders, then they should be able to hold their own against me in a physical confrontation. It's kind of odd, especially since I hold a white-collar job... And yes, now that I think of it, I take orders better from bigger women. Interesting. For either sex, I find the main issue is one of respect--I can't work long for either sex if they are bossy and I have no respect for them as a human.

A male boss. My adventure with female bosses is i merely cant stand taking orders from a non tradesman. the ability is going to a womens head. however some male bosses arent lots extra suitable. artwork for your self i say, yet much less stressful stated than executed.

It depends. A woman isn't as judgmental by in large, but many lack the assertiveness to be decisive. A man wants things done his way and right now.

In the traditional schools, its a sin to make mistakes and the penalty is to be fired out or suspended. But in todays modern Home-Based Franchizing Business, they even encourage you to make mistakes so long you have your self-realization and is willing to be corrected. Or you correct yourself.
