I’m looking for an attorney to sue a school in Wisconsin for not giving me my Childs records. Under the FERPA Law I am entitled to see my Childs records under the Family Educational rights and Privacy Act, administered by the Family Policy Compliance Office. I originally requested my Childs records due to a bully issue at the school. After written request for the records the school sent my request to the school district attorney. The school district attorney then sent me a letter stating that under some old statue I was not allowed to see my Childs records. I have filed a complaint with FERPA but they sent me a letter stating that they have a backlog of complaints and they would get back to me as soon as possible. I know they will say that I can see the records but the school won’t let me. I would like to make an example out of this school. The school is so uncooperative and won’t even return my phone calls. So if anyone could help please let me know. Thank you

Long ago, in the middle of the day the streets were deserted. Everyone was working, or in school. Nowadays, any city USA, the streets are crowded all day, every day. I know only 1% of 1% of the population work shift work. So who are all these people? Don't they work? Who's paying for all of this?

I will be going to Europe in July. I do not need a Eurail pass since I will not travel by train a lot. But I do need to travel by train on 2 journeys. First one is from Paris to Lucerne, second one is from Lucerne to Milan. And I have a few questions about this.

1) Where can I buy the tickets for those 2 legs? Do I have to buy it on the web or can I buy it at the station?

2) I have checked on web that both journeys require reservation. Since I am not using Eurail pass, after I have bought the tickets at the station, do I still need to make reservation?

3) Normally in July, how many days in advance do I have to make the reservation?

4) if I am in hurry, can I buy the tickets on the train?

I belong to thecatsite, and some people there are totally opposed to ever giving their cats any Fancy Feast. One of my cats refuses to eat much of anything else BUT that. (He does nibble dry food sometimes.) I only give him one little can a day, spread out over the day.

Does anyone else use Fancy Feast?

The USA is currently engaging in a War on Terror.

Now, terrorism is defined as "the calculated use of violence (or the THREAT of violence) against civilians in order to attain goals that are political or religious or ideological in nature; this is done through intimidation or coercion or instilling fear." (Princeton University Dictionary)

So, by this very definition, the Christian teaching that non-belief in God leads directly to Hell is a "calculated threat of (eternal) violence" in order to attain a "religious goal" - conversion of ALL PEOPLE to the Christian way, via "instilling fear."

So, since Christianity is obviously a terroristic organization, as defined by the above definition (which, I understand might upset some Christians - but please do not hold that against me - Im only pointing out the obvious...) WHEN IS THE US GOVT GOING TO START FIGHTING CHRISTIANITY??? This is homegrown terrorism that needs to stop!

Whether Hilton received special treatment from the Sheriff's Department has become the subject of much debate since Sheriff Lee Baca last week allowed the hotel heiress to go home after less than four full days in jail, despite a promise that she would serve 23 days of a 45-day sentence.
The Times analyzed 2 million jail releases and found 1,500 cases since July 2002 that — like Hilton's involved defendants arrested for drunk driving and sentenced to jail after a probation violation or driving without a license. Had Hilton left jail for good after four days, her stint behind bars would have been similar to those served by 60% of those inmates.Hilton's attorney announced that she would serve the full 23 days. That means that Hilton will end up serving more time than 80% of other people in similar situations.

We can see distant galaxy's with the huble space telescope, but we still ain't sure what pluto is! Is it ice or rock, could it be a large space station built by the Gods who flew in many ancient cultures writings! Unexplained objects seen by thousands, 98% are considered hoaxes but what about the other 2%? I've seen things myself in my long years, once I watched a explosion in space it was quite a sight! Five of us seen it but we were kids and the local military denied the possibility, we never mentioned it to any one so some adults must have seen it and asked, I suppose!
We can fly to the moon but we can't stand on the bottom of our own oceans! Or can we? Yes the pressures would be strong but how much pressure can titanium with hold!
I still say with all my mind that it would be stupid to think this ball of dust we live on is the only source of life in all of space!
So are we alone? And yes I asked R&S on purpose!
