Yes. A creature of this type was shot to death by Russian soilders in the Pamirs mountains in the early part of last century. Another was captured in Asia or Eurasia somewhere. It was thought to be a spy in some kind of costume until a Russian medical officer declared it non-human, but man like. It refused all food and water and died.

A young female bigfoot was found wondering the forests of Northern California by a group of three hunters. It was reported to be so timid that they could lead it around by the hand. It was placed in an orphanage where three nuns were placed in charge of the creature. It lived there for several weeks until government officials took possession of it. All persons who had contact with the animal (6 total) were forced to sign secrecy agreements. One of the nuns, dying of cancer, retold the story on her death bed. The only other information she provided was that the creature was shipped to a University on the East Coast by rail to be studied.

One more creature was captured in Canada after a fall off a cliff as it attempted to escape an oncoming train.

Various governments have secretly studied these animals and there is no doubt what so ever that they are real.

Civilians have managed to kill a few over the decades, others have died in massive fires such as in California in recent years....but the government has stepped and covered it up as only a government can.

Why? Religion. These creatures are in fact the missing link. Prove, not theorize, but prove there is a missing link and you have just disproved the exisistence of god. Once something that provides so many with a crutch to lean on and find contentment in is taken away....anarchy is sure to follow.

Thanks for the chump-off....I enjoyed it.

depends what bigfoot is consdidered. In the last 100 or so years, no, but in the 1700 or 1800's, one was reported to be captured. Also, Shaq is in captivity, and so is the Great Khali

One bigfoot was captured, but it was only a replica that was stolen - http://www.lorencoleman.com/bigfoot_captured.html

A baby bigfoot was reported to be captured in Maine, but no one knows where it is now, go here for that - http://www.cryptomundo.com/cryptozoo-news/17-million/

No.
Skamania County, Washington is the only "Bigfoot Sanctuary in ther world.
It is against the law to molest one and carries a $10,000 fine.
If you'd like to know how that law came about ask me at bringazi@sbc.net

not that anyone knows officially. As for being faked, well there are quite a few credited scientists out there that have studied a few of the videos out there and have determend that it could not have been just someone in a costume. The people that came forward and claimed they had faked the sightings are only in one area. There have been sightings worldwide and for centuries.

I'm pretty sure it exists, but even if they did confess, they probably were threatened to go missing, if they didn't.
