I'm a 36 y/o guy in a 3 year relationship with a 42 year old guy. We just closed on a house in the midst of our tumultuous relationship issues ( we argue a lot, we are totally different, our ideologies seem extremely opposite, we haven't had intercourse, he is uptight, gets angry at the simplest things, always challenges everything I say, and he is set in his ways). I am optimistic, always try to help him, fix dinner everynight and tell him how much I care for him daily. When he gets into his moods and becomes an a$$hole, I just hate it, especially when it's directed towards me. Basically, we are worlds different and I just bought this house with him knowing that it was a mistake. How stupid, right? He can be the greatest guy when he wants to, but when he is an a$$hole he can really be a big a$$hole. We haven't had sex in about a year.He doesn't want me to leave. I love and care for him a great deal but I want to get out of the relationship and I don't know how. Any advice?
