Male: I am 5 feet 9 inches tall and i weigh about 230 pounds.
1. What weight do you think i should be, if i get and hours worth or more of excercise each day.
2. Would are your recommendations for weight loss diets, weight-loss plans, and excercising machines. I want to lose the weight during a 10 week period of time (June- September).

Just curious...Do you still have to take regular nursing programs beforehand or is it mainly practising the mental health field? Because I am not into anatomy or physiology but I like the mental health field. Will psychiatric nurses even be in demand in the future? Is it a good profession to go into or is it stressful?

i think im depressed. not about life. just about a certain subject, Barbaro. i know i sound like im bragging but i can't stop thinking about him or crying. when ever i see a picture now i just start to tear up inside.
but i watch videos on youtube.com and i see what a great horse he was and that he went through so much for nothing, omg see im starting to cry writting this! (im NOT kidding!)

I know it sounds dumb but my husband is convienced he did. About a week ago I let my cat drink out of my cup (water) then i finished from the same cup. My cat is healthy he has been to the vets office on a regular basis and has all his shots. Well about 2 weeks later I got a massive ear infection. It hurt so bad i had to go to the ER. It ended up my whole ear was infection, inner and outer ear with puss coming out. He says its cause i let my cat drink out of my cup. I say no. Who's right here???
