I think that electronic box in his chest is his heart and not a pace-maker like they claim. Bush couldn't get one implanted his ego is using up too much space so he operates without a heart, just on ego.

Not broken up but I do care and I'm glad he's getting his pacemaker replaced. It's not an easy thought that the man a heartbeat from the White House is a heartbeat away from not having a heartbeat.
