Maybe you could name it a combination of your and your boyfriends names, but that might not work out depending on your names...

I'm not going to give you any suggestions, since i'm horrible at coming up with names. however, i can tell you that one good way to name a pet is to watch their behavior. when i first got my cat, she had freakishly long back legs (they were just about as long as her entire body), and she had a tendency of scaling my 5'10" inch sister. my sister said the cat had go-go gadget legs (from inspector gadget), so the name gadget stuck. maybe something in your new kitten's behavior or mannerisms could point you in the right direction. just an idea. may not even be a good one... good luck naming him!

How 'bout "Pewter".
I had a grey and white cat that ended up with the name "Vicious" because when he was 5 weeks old, he liked to hide under the couch and attack feet. (Until he got too big and didn't fit under it anymore! :-)

Koine-- pronounced like "coin." Koine is the Greek word for "common." It sounds like you and your boyfriend have this little kitten in common. ok just my two cents! have fun with the little feline!
