when people say not to eat after a certain time, it is supposed to be 4 hours before their bedtime so the food they have in their body is fully digested and not stored automatically as fat. if u were to stop eating at 7 p.m., then ur bedtime should be around 11 p.m. hope i helped =]

A good bedtime would be...really its up to you. You could eat at six thirty, and then possibly go to bed at 8.It's a choice you have to make.

its just a myth you cant eat after certain time - it actually doesnt matter what time of the day you eat - as long as you dont consume more calories than spend during the day you are not gona gain any weight.
