im not talking about global warming. im talking about politics

what i mean is the state governments are doing better than the federal government. no one supports the president(the federal governments representative to the people) if this continues thus the nation will split into factions.

case in point//// the roman empire was a super power in its day it got bored with no one to callenge it. eventually it split

we are the only super power left on earth

if this continues on its curnet path the nation will split into factions

I'll be 15 in 2 months and I'm wanting to get on birth control, 1 because i want shorter periods(they last a week) and 2 i want my boobs bigger! lol yah i know thats a stupid reason but just another plus!! I made a pact with God once. Pretty personal! eek!
I was alone one evening after my mother got home. She'd been somewhere directly after work (she was a good Bar Maid). She got crazy and swore she was going to kill herself. I was 14. For whatever reason said it was all my fault. I tried everything to get her not to. But couldn't? So begged her not to do anything until I got back. So I ran a fair way to get my Auntie to come around. She was drunk, and she did with alot of cussing toward me.
But whilst I was running I prayed to God to not let my mother do it and I promise for the rest of my life I will be good.
I kept repeating it trying to Convince God I Would Never do anything wrong again if if only He'd stop my mother from committing suicide.
I wasn't Saved then, so needless to say I didn't hold up my end of the bargain.
Mother is still alive as ever.

I bought my house in May of 2005, I then moved in August 2006 to California for a new job and my house has been for rent/for sale ever since. I was never able to rent, now have the house under contract and am doing a short sale on the property. I will be losing 50K on the value and will owe the second mortgage 13K and will be forgiven the remaining 37K through a 1099c. Since I actually lived there less than 2 years, can I deduct my losses on it by saying it was not my primary residence? I will end up having to pay taxes on the 37K as if it were income as well as 10 months of expenses (which I deducted much of on my 2006 taxes)...

Help!

i met a man over a year ago and was instantly connected to him. We spoke for hours and hours, wishing we could have met under different circumstances, but since he was married, it went no further. I recently spoke to him again and he says he is getting adivorce and wants to be with me. It all sounds insanely cheesy- but I do believe it was love at first sight for both of us, although I've never believed in such a thing. This would require me to move to another state while his divorce is still being processed. I want to be with him, but think it may be wise to wait a while. I'll be having a MOH and 2 bridesmaids in my wedding. My MOH is, of course, helping out as much as she can from where she lives, as is one of my bridesmaids. The other bridesmaid, however, has done absolutely nothing to help. I can't even run ideas by her, because when I do, she gives me some answer like, "uh huh, that sounds great, so did I tell you about the guy I met last night?" It's really starting to annoy me. On top of all that, she informed me 3 days ago that she'll be coming in from out of town the day before our wedding, but she's leaving immediately after the reception to go hang out with friends she sees all the time. It's less than 2 weeks to the wedding, and I'm really not sure how to handle this. Any suggestions?

Which is more ethical, eating local produce or imported produce? Local produce helps out local farmers, uses less gasoline to transport to market and can be safer?

Imported produce often gives money to third world nations who can really use the money to better themselves and their communities. It provides jobs and a future to people who might otherwise have had none.

My (predominantly white) friends tend to mock me a bit for generally finding black women very attractive -- I've probably run into more African-American girls I've wanted to date than white girls I've been attracted to.
I tend to tilt conservative when it comes to politics, though, and I don't have a personality that seems terribly compatible with most black women I've hung out with. (Don't misinterpret this as a stereotype. I understand there are many exceptions out there, I just haven't met many.) Most of my friends have told me there's no hope in me meeting a black woman who'd even want to date a white man, let alone date a guy with my personality and preferences.
Should I just give up and concentrate on girls of my ethnicity?
