Leave out the boobs part. Just talk to your mom about wanting more predictable periods.
Also, reassure her that you do NOT plan on having sex just because you are on b/c. (hopefully this is true...)
If you can come up with good reasons, and talk to her about them maturely, you have a pretty good chance of making it happen. Above all, do not go behind her back to get it. You will lose a lot of trust when she finds out, and she will.
It is better to be open and honest about this. If she finds out in any way other than you telling her, she will think you are sexually active. Otherwise, why would you hide it, right? (p.s. I don't know anyone who has gotten bigger boobs from birth control!)

Numer one, birth control pills do not make your boobs bigger, if they did mine would be awesome, but they're not. If you have bad skin that is a better excuse, and really it's not so much convincing your mom, it's convincing a doctor. Alot of doctor's now are saying no to young teens who want birth control, I work for a doctor who has a 16 years or older limit. All this depends on where you live, but really do alittle more reseach on birth control, they are not all they are cracked up to be.

You are a woman and you are supposed to have normal periods, so don't mess with it if you want to stay healthy, just deal with it like all of us do-it is not the end of the world. All you have to do to have bigger breasts is just gain a few pounds. I would never let my daughter be on birth control just for the reasons you want them for. Birth control pills have so many health risks

you can go to planned parenthood in your area....... they are not allowed to give your parents any information about you being on birth control and they make it so they do not even have to call the house.........if that is not an option tell her you want it so you have a shorter more predictable period birth control is not necessarily going to make your boobs bigger also if you have a docs appt. soon ask him to recommend it to your mom he can come up for a reason why you need it did I mention it also makes your skin more clear.......I know this was gals only but I am going to be a nurse soon!

Most states have planned parenthood places where you can go get birth control pills and don't need parental permission. I did it when I was younger, they aren't allowed to release that information to your parents unless you give permission. You could do that, or you could ask your mom, and tell her about your long periods, and that you heard it makes them shorter, on schedule, and they make cramps not be so bad. Good Luck!

Just tell her why you want them. Every woman wants a shorter period she will understand that. As for the boob thing. I have never heard of or used any birth control method that increased your bust size.

well i know that planned parnthood is everywhere- and they dont contact your parents- unless that's what you want! They are very helpful with that stuff...the pill is kind of a pain in the butt to remember everyday..so there's always the depo shot that is taken every 3 months. In canada bc pills are 20 bucks and depo is just under 60 bucks...so there's some ideas for you!

I have to say if my 15 yr old daughter came to me and asked for bc i would be thinking she's sexualy active...(luckly mine is only 2yrs old lol)

By what you want to accomplish with birth control i think you should reconsider your answer. First of all, bithcontrol doesnt exactly goive you bigger breasts and you can control your period naturally by eating healthier and staying relaxed by conrolling mood swings. DOnt try to rush and approach this to your mom especially if you think your mom might get worried and start asking if youve been having sexual intercourse.Plus, its one more responsibility and it can give you nasty headaches and even more abdominal pain than you have WITH your period. Make sure this is something you really really want before you regret it.

just come out and ask, she'll either say o.k. and give you a lecture about using condoms also or she'll say no. but birth control pills are not the healthiest things you can take and do have negative side effects and being so young you might want to wait for a while unless you are sexually active.

I remember this dilema growing up...
In the end i just told my mom I wanted on birth control because I felt it was the responsable thing to do, as a "just in case" measure.
My mom appreciated that I'd thought it out and took me to the doctor the next week.
Warning: this won't work with all mothers...
