Plant is in fact referring to Forrest Whittaker in the scene from "Good Morning Vietnam" when he is is trying to explain the avergae GI's opinion of polka songs to his superior officer (laughing under his breath).
This amazing peice of precognition from Plant can be attributed to the "flash forward" phenomenon of LSD overdosage so in favor at the time of the movie "The Song Remains The Same".
Plant was also heard to predict that a horse called "Affirmed" would win the triple crown. It is rumoured that Plant re-launched his career with the money won at Belmont Park that year.
