i will try to make this as short as poss. when i was little my parents bought a few acres of land, my grandma helped with the down payment, she didn't want my dad to be able to get the land if my parents divorced so it had my name on it and my grandma's. the deed was lost in a flood several years ago, the man they bought the property from has since passed away. i want to sell land as it is just sitting there and we aren't using it. my mom has been paying the taxes on it for about 25 years. what do i need to do to sell it? by the way my last name has changed twice since they signed my name on the land. i know it sounds bad but my grandma is in her 70's and i want to take care of it while she is still with us. i live in indiana.

According to me atomic mass is number of neutron+number of proton of an atom.it means that atomic mass should be in simple whole number.
But in perodic table for some elements it is given in decimal why?

I have post a question similar to this before.
I am 16, I live in England with my parents, I moved here 9 months ago from Australia.

My parents make it impossible for me to live at home, and aren't letting me even go back to Australia for a holiday. As I am an Australian citizen, I have the funds to get a flight, is everything ok, if I just go and buy a one way ticket, I have suitable accomadation arranged.

I'm really fed up

like many other lazy cat owners..i am looking to find the best automatic litter box.. i have heard so many things about every different brand, all bad really.. i have 2 cats now who adjust well to new things-i am wondering which box is the best?? it would have to handle 2 cats, work automatically, not clump when there's #1 OR #2 in there.. anyone out there have a problem-free experience with a great automatic litter box? i would love to know how i can take this god awful chore and make it a bit more manageable.. if it works, money is no issue.. :) also, do u have to buy special (expensive) litter for the automatic boxes or not?

It seems that with people trying to be weight conscious (not to mention diabetics) that there would be a greater choice of diet sodas at many restaurants, but my experience is rather the opposite. Even if colas are the most popular form of soda, I would think that there would be enough people who would drink a diet lemon/lime or diet orange soda to make it worth having on hand, but then maybe I'm wrong. In my case, generally the restaurant simply loses out because I drink water instead of ordering a soda. (I hate colas!)

I am craving love and affection like a hug and sympathy but from people OUTSIDE of my family. In fact closeness and tender love feelings from my family make me want to puke. There is nothing wrong with my parents, they are very loving, but they of course give me my space, im not talking about overaffectionate parents at all, but it just makes me sick ANY verbalized love feelings from them or hug or something, I am seeking it outside of people of my own flesh and blood. Why do I feel this way?? Is it normal????

Yes, it was taken, in the middle of the night. I took the day off work. I don't feel like eating, or sleeping and if my co-workers find out it was repo'd, they'll make fun of me. Marty wakes up at home with a huge hangover. He forces himself to open his

eyes, and the first thing he sees is a couple of aspirins and a glass of

water on the side table. He sits down and sees his clothing in front of him,

all clean and pressed. Marty looks around the room and sees that it is in

perfect order, spotless, clean. So is the rest of the house. He takes the

aspirins and notices a note on the table "Honey, breakfast is on the stove.

I left early to go shopping. Love You! " So he goes to the kitchen and sure

enough there is a hot breakfast and the morning newspaper. His son is also

at the table, eating.Marty asks, "Son,what happened last night? "



His son says, "Well, you came home after 3 AM,drunkand delirious.Broke some

furniture, threw up in the hallway, and gave yourself a black eye when you

stumbled into the door." Confused, Marty asks, "So, why is everything in

order and so clean, and breakfast is on the table waiting for me?"



His son replies, "Oh, that! .Mom dragged you to the bedroom, and when she

tried to take your pants off, you said: "Lady, leave me alone, I'm

married!'"
