You can print one out online or get a novelty one at any print shop and it will look okay at arm's length - but anyone who actually checks it will be able to spot a fake easily. Most diplomas are embossed with the school's seal, and you wouldn't be able to fake that convincingly (at least without spending hundreds of dollars for your own embossing stamp).
Besides, why would you want to? No one asks for your diploma as proof of graduation - they ask to see your final transcript.

They may look real; the problem is that anyone who really wants to know if you went to college (i.e. employers or graduate programs) doesn't rely on the diploma, but demands that the school itself send them a transcript. You can go onto any search engine and find "college diplomas" there.

Just a quick warning... In many states in the US, it's a felony to represent yourself as having a college degree when you don't. In some states, it's even a felony to represent yourself as having a college degree if the school you went to didn't have the appropriate accreditation (i.e., no accreditation... no real degree).

I hope you're just looking for novelty purposes and that my answer doesn't really matter.
