I mean this country is the most affluent country in the World and slowly but, surely the Christian religion is falling by the wayside more and more. Do we need to be poor to appreciate God more?

Im in fifth grade and my parents won't let me get a cell. Not even a smei-cell like a Firefly or a Migo! I have tried to talk it over with my parents but they just keep saying no! Do you have any advice on how to convince them to let me have one? And if you have any cellphone suggestions they might say yes to please respond.

Why don't we have Term Limits for the House and Senate ?

Republicans were voted in with the Contract for America with the Slogan Term Limits.

Once they got power, they never wanted to pass Term Limits.


Pressure both Parties to pass Term Limits or we should vote them out after one term until they do.

I'm a Democrat who wants Term Limits. We need to stop the corruption on both sides.

If we are saved and following Christ's example, I think we should be using our online time to witness or get closer to God. We know that there are millions of people who will persecute us and laugh at our beliefs. I call all of my Christian brothers and sisters to stop all the debating. Let God work on your heart. We dont have to go online and defend our faith, our God will fight all of our battles. Get out of the house, off the internet and focus on your calling.

Me and my hubby have one child and have been trying for another one for over a year. I was just diagnosed with secondary infertility and the dr said we have a very slim chancing of ever conceiving again. My husbands sister is pregnant with twins and that is pretty much all she talks about. Since we have been told we probably won't have any more kids, I have been devastated since we always wanted a big family and it seems as if his sister is always talking about being pregnant (she knows about our issues) and I almost feel like it's being rubbed in my face. I know I have a child already but it still kills me to have to look at her, or any other pregnant woman...has anyone else ever gone thru this? I've considered telling my husband that I need to be around her less because I get really depressed around her but I don't want to ruin my relationship with her because I am happy for her too. It just hurts too much to be around her right now. Anyone have any suggestions? Thanks! :o)

I am 12 years old and I am very overweight. I am about 5ft and I weigh almost 150lb. I have tried diet and excersize to lose weight, but I have an eating dissorder so I keep on going back to eat. I am so desperate that I am thinking of resorting to something very unhealthy, like indusing vomiting or crash dieting. please, I need help! I want to appear more healty before school starts in about 2 months.

They can't even answer a smiple question without attacking you and bringing up 9/11 or the "troops" even whne these things have nothing to do with the question!

I can see why most attractive people I know would date these dopes and they need to hang out at church functions and yahoo answers to find friends!

My washer is in the back of the house, there are toilets in the middle and front part of the house. When the water is draining the wash, both toilet water will bubble then drain. Any idea what could be causing this. I had a plumber run a smake from the front toilet to the street about a month ago. Thanks

what do you think about that, there trying to sell the game in the US and the Stanley cup Eastern Conference Finals on a Saturday afternoon was cut short to show a stupid Horse race. I'm happy I have my CBC, but at the end of the period i wanted to see what Brett Hull and Ray Ferraro had to say and the game was cut for the race what a joke.

I drink alot. Probably about 4 out of 7 days. I drink probably 2 Tilt energy drinks after work. They are malt beverages with ginseng and ect. I also drink heavy on the weekend. I noticed that the first week on lexapro when I didnt drink so much, I was feeling so much better. Now that I started drinking more again during the week again I feel like I felt before I started taking lexapro. I am on it for stress and anger issues. When I cut back my alcohol intake I didnt get stressed nor did i really ever get angry. But now that I started back....I get upset and stressed just as I did before taking lexapro. But I havnt had a drink in about 3 days and I kinda feel like I might be feeling better. Plz let me know
