As a latin-derived language speaker, the word I find the most difficult to pronounce is "murderer". Also, when you have a word that ends in th, together with a word that starts in th, it could be hard for me to pronounce; for example: sixth thing.

Assuming English is your second language, the hardest words would depend on what your first language is. Many of my Farsi-speaking friends have trouble with the TH sound, so words like THICK, THROAT, THOUGHT, and THOROUGH give them trouble.
My Spanish speaking friends have trouble with words that distunguish V from B. In Spanish, the V and B sounds are nearly identical, but in English they are completely different, and often native Spanish speakers get them mixed up. Native English speakers notice the difference instantly, because these sounds are completely different in our language. For example, my Nicaraguan friend Mario, who learned to speak English at age 20 and is now 42, keeps pronouncing the word VEHICLE as BEHICLE, and he pronounces the word VIDEO and BIDEO.
So it depends on your first language. But my personal favorite is:
antidisestablishmentarianism
It's an out of date word, no longer used, but it's still an actual word!

I have been told by people who speak English as a second language that peace, peas, piss, and paste can be very difficult to differentiate.

Words derived from foreign languages. I cringe every time I hear "entrepreneur" pronounces as if it rhymes with sewer.
Barbiturate is pronounced: bar bi TUR ate, not bar ***** you ate. No cannibalism of loose women here.
Why do people in law enforcement say VEE hickel? It's VEE i kl in my dictionary.
