the nba is becoming a bit of joke. i am a huge b-ball fan i LOVE college hoops but i think that the nba is DEF not what it used to be. there is no such thing as defense anymore and so many of the players dont hustle and just act like they could give a crap. i am not saying all players are like this but the majority are these days. i miss the good ole days

I have talk talk broadband and 2day my connections from my home computer dropped. I have uninstalled it and then installed it. The problem is -it says it is connected but does not let me go to the email section and says that it could not access server files......

what does that mean and what should i do???

My husband and I are currently separated, he told me he had a dream w/ me. He said that I had an accident learning how to drive and that the car got on fire and he went to resccue me but when he got close the car exploded and thats when he woke up. My neighbors computer lost all sound capabilities (except for pings when something is deleted, etc.). No video sound, etc. When I checked her audio status it says NONE INSTALLED. How can I get audio back on her PC for her. Mine has SoundMAX Digital Audio, but I don't know where to get a download for that. Can anyone help?

Job hunting, excitement, waiting, waiting, and more waiting, and finally, that 3 line email. Not being successful is no problem, but I can kind of get annoyed when they do not give you any details, only a blank 'no'. Does anyone know whether the company actually has any obligation to give you the details on request? Or are they absolutely free to turn you down without any explanation? Any extra obligations for firms that advertise themselves as 'equal opportunities' employers? Thanks, folks.

Why did the Sheriff drive by when my dad visited? Nothing ever happens in this neighborhood. My dad did not do anything except wear an Italian American hat. He was being loving.

I know the routine. Something bad will happen to me, and the community will declare that it is her family. "If she would just cut them off, everything would be ok for her" they would say. If I question their little comments, then I am being too suspicious.

What can I do? I have some ideas to run by you...

1. get married to the right man
2. become a millionaire in order to get respect
3. change jobs every time it looks like prejudice
4. move far away
5. end contact with all family members
6. call the police to tell them how to do their jobs
7. spend money I don't have for a lawyer
8. enroll in college and go bankrupt, so everyone is happy
9. stop voting and they will go away
10. don't be a Christian either, they will hate you

I don't know what to do. It should be peaceful here...

does any person out there who isn't an insecure egomaniac want anyone or anything for that matter to worship him or her? i'm thinking about some of the responses i might get already, and i have a feeling some might have something to do with pets. but to be honest i can't really say i'd even want a pet to worship me. i'd like some level of obedience from a pet, but that's not the same as worship, is it. i mean as long as i don't get bit by a rabid animal i'm usually cool with whatever they do.

Should I marry this guy who is not very attractive, but very smart & probably the nicest man I know...? I feel like he's gonna do everything for me... He's shy & never even asked me on a date - I am always asking him (like a friend) 2 go out w/ me... he never refuses... I doubt he'll propose me if I don't do anything 2 encourage him...
