I have talk talk broadband and 2day my connections from my home computer dropped. I have uninstalled it and then installed it. The problem is -it says it is connected but does not let me go to the email section and says that it could not access server files......
what does that mean and what should i do???

in my area which is southampton in the uk my neighbours have talk talk and have been having the same problems talk talk said there is a problem im with bt and never get problems

connect the computer to the router by ethernet and see if it fairly works ok, if it fairly works superb try replacing your wifi channel on the router and see if it makes any distinction. dont comprehend what else to signify
