i REALLY want a puppy, and my parents said i could have one, as long and it is good with children. i have a 1 year old and a 9 year old in the house, the can be loud at times, and the little one is still learning. so i need a dog with patience. the children don't pull ears or anything like that, they're just rowdy. i would like a med. size dogs, im not fond of small dogs, and big ones are too hard to take with me places,so im looking for something mellow... any suggestions? thank you =]

Global warming is coming so I'm trying to find away to stop it. I think that by finding a tree that can take in more co2 than an average tree would and then breed them together until we have a new breed of super tree that can absorb large amounts of co2. I would like to know what the name of the tree is, where it grows and other imformation about it. plz help me to answer my question soon. @_@

Can you, as a seller, NOT disclose important information to the buyer?

Story: A gal my husband and I both know (I wouldn't call her a friend) lives in a condo that has a lot of strutrual problems. Her HOA are in charge of repairs, but it has yet to be done. Let's just say, it's a pretty bad buy in general. How anyone that stupid could buy a place that bad is amazing.

Anyway, she is claiming that she doesn't have to disclose anything about the structure since it's not her job to fix it.

PLEASE tell me that she's wrong. She's the sort of person who is COMPETELY full of herself, and I would LOVE for her to be wrong about this.

I really like this guy and he used to like me. Then he started thinking about me like his little sister and started noticing my best friend. Now he feels like he has to protect me all the time and tries to set me up with his friends. My dream was that I got chased into my home by 4 magpies. When I stepped inside there was an owl sitting in the corner of the rooom. The owl had an old face on one side and a baby face on the other.
