I like a well-done horror movie. By well-done, I mean something that emphasizes psychological horror. I'm not a fan of movies that have a lot of blood and gore. I onced worked in a job where I saw a lot of real-life blood and gore, and after you've seen the real thing, movie blood and gore is just boring (I don't mean, by the way, that I like the real stuff). In the absence of a good horror movie, I like a good comedy. I'm even willing, God help me, to watch a romantic comedy if it's well done (I'm not a woman, and I've come to believe that the phrase "romantic comedy" is a contradiction in terms, at least when applied to real life).

I love to laugh so comedies are usually best. I also love action shoot em up movies, but I have seen most of the horror movies so they're not really scary. Robin Williams and Johnny Depp kick butt.
