(a) How much of the book should be written before finding an agent?

(b) If a book is published, does that mean you lose the rights to selling it yourself later, or possibly even offering it for free as an e-book?

I did a PC Restore (which brought my computer back to out of the box condition). The problem is that the printer isn't installed now and I don't have the disc. I tried downloading the software from dell.com and for some reason it isn't working. I have the Dell Photo All-in-One Printer 924 and am running Windows XP. Can someone please tell me what I can do? I can't afford to buy another disc and my warranty expired so they won't even talk to me without payment.

I have an old system now, and would like to buy a new one. I don't have a lot of money to spend. The processor I have now is "x86 family 6 model 3 stepping genuine Intel-233". Thats all I know. Plus, Its only a 3 gig hard drive. If I purchased one with a "Intel Celeron D 360", would I notice a large difference in speed? I don't know what size my memory is, but I'm hoping a 512 will be better than what I have. Remember, not a lot of money. Any thoughts?

Someone made a good point in my last question. If we're doing a liquer tasting (and I loved your suggestions! I'm going with lots of them, especially the Godiva one. I'd forgotten about that!), we'll need something between each one to cleanse the palatte.

What's your suggestion for something to cleanse WITH?

My husband and I have entered into agreement with his sister who is power of attorney for her mother in law. Her mother in law owns house. I drew up agreements best I could. 1. Agreement for deed 2. Lease to purchase agreement 3. Lease. They were all filed at county courthouse. Along with the power of attorney. Agreement is for $50,000. no $ down, just $400. a month and I pay all taxes as of agreement. Agreement is for 10 years, no interest. She pays for all back taxes with lease to purchase payments. How will we transfer ownership/File Deed when her Mother in law has passed away? Thanks for any help.

I was recently told that my employer is recording all IMs and emails sent from our work computers. However i was also told that he can tap into our personal (yahoo) accounts. Someone printed out a personal email that i sent from my yahoo account and showed it to me as proof. is this legal/?

Whenever I go into Dunkin' Donuts and get an iced coffee (usually a medium or large), I'll finish it, then notice that the freakin cup is filled 3/4 with ice. There's hardly any coffee, it's all ice! Do you ever notice this or does it happen to you? grrr
