Someone made a good point in my last question. If we're doing a liquer tasting (and I loved your suggestions! I'm going with lots of them, especially the Godiva one. I'd forgotten about that!), we'll need something between each one to cleanse the palatte.

What's your suggestion for something to cleanse WITH?

Cleanse you palate best with champagne. The bubbles help a ton. If no champagne, try having some crackers, cheese and fruit ( grapes strawberries etc.) but nothing too over bearing in taste ( IE. Black olives, pickles ).
Enjoy the Godiva!!

Wine tasters use a small piece of bread-since you seem to be going more for sweet drinks, maybe angel food cake?

A mild sorbet or Italian ice. Haagen-Daaz makes killer sorbets.
