Ok. i really want to join volleyball next year. everyone signing up got a paper to fill in over the summer. u need to get a physical in order to play. well, i am about 12 pounds heavier then the maximum weight limit, according to my doctor.
The problem is, I ALREADY EAT HEALTHY AND EXERCISE. i do overeat sometimes but always on healthy food. i dont eat junk food. how can i cut down on food if i already eat a good, healthy, portion controlled(usually) food and exercise(sometimes).
GIVE ME TIPS TO HAVE MORE ENERGY AND EXERCISE MORE and A MORE MODIFIED, STRICT DIET.

I REALLY WANT TO LOSE THE WEIGHT TO PLAY AND I DONT KNOW WHAT TO DO CUZ I ALREADY EAT HEALTHY

Hi all,
I work for a multi-national company and am currently on a 3 month 'career break' while I complete my university studies. I stopped work on the 16th of April and was paid up until then. To my surprise the following month on pay day I was again paid my full-monthly wage but I hadn't worked a single day! I am due back at work in July and was wondering what would be best? Should I tell them now or wait till I go back to work and maybe earn some interest on it? Any suggestions or legal rights would be great! :) Have a good day!

This is the first time we've tried breeding, so we're learning as we go along. The male ["Blue 2"] and female ["Red"] seemed to be getting along famously when introduced into the same tank--they ate together, flared/swam together, and the bubble nest and striping were complete.

They seemed to be practicing/getting into the right position for an embrace at the end of the work day yesterday. [Yes, they're office bettas!] Upon inspection this morning, Red [the female] has tattered fins, Blue 2 [the male] is fine--but the bubble nest is gone!

Please help!

Hey I have an interview for an internship with this company that has a federal site. The job description says "This position requires onsite work at restricted federal government facilities and as a result, U.S. Citizenship is a requirement of the job." I would be a business/systems(operations) Engineering Intern for them. I was just wondering what kind of security clearance I would expect to get? confidential? or Secret? thanks again for any insight.

i'm tired of life. i'm just 25 but i'm sick and tired of it. not that i want to commit suicide or anythin, just fed up with the same routine. i have done a lot of travelling and seen more countries than i care for. everywhere its the same rat race and the same bullshit... i am so pissed these days i am afraid i may end up beating someone.
i dont know what i am looking for, and that makes it even more frustrating
the worst part is i am a doctor, but sometimes i feel so uncharitable its hard to deal with the patients... i am tired of hearing the same old hash about the noblest job on earth and other such crap. i thought of approaching our hosp counselor but that chap's totally gay, and if there's 1 thing i hate more than my life, its the fairies and fags of the world
now, what shud i do? where shud i go? and by the way, is there any other resident with similar views?? wud luv to meet

I love my BF very very much. He knows this. I have told him in e-mails and letters. We have talked about how long I have loved him, (he is my best friend of over 6 years, and over that time certain "feelings" have evolved between us and for the last 2 months have been having a "romantic" relationship in addition to our awesome friendship)-Here is my problem, I LOVE HIM and it is hard to keep my moouth shut about it. Everytime we make love I bite my lip to avoid telling him that I do love him. I am so terrified of running him off or having him think that I am looking for more than we already have. I am a very patient person and have no desire to hurry this along...This is way to good to rush, I want to savor every second. So, how do I do this? would she have gotten house arrest? Lil Kim wasn't out driving drunk. She just refused to talk about a murder she knew about because she feared for her life. Its claimed she perjured herself like Pres Clinton did. So was he supposed to be in jail too because he's more acceptable to blacks than whites? Why can't Americans see how racially divided this country really is? Now you see why "people" were happy when OJ got off. We KNOW he did it and we were just as shocked as "you" were but we just get tired of feeling like we just can't get a fair trial. Hundreds of black people were lynched all over America and never received ANY type of trial. The injustices continue and no one seems to speak out or care. White people continue to say, "its not that bad" or "things are different now." Uh, yeah. Right. Let's see them be black in a shiny new car driving in suburbia and see if they don't get stopped for DWB (driving while black).

Now I know he still has a great arm and can out pitch most guys half his age, but come on everyone treats the guy like a god. He won't pitch like that forever. Do the yanks think Clemens will last very long? He waisted half the season with rumors of retirement and negotiations and he's struggling going more than a few innings when is on the mound. All that money and they could have gotten more bang for their buck. I want to know who else agrees with me.
