Do I need permisson from the person who owns the condo I rent? I rent directly through owner. Do I have a right to give my two cents about something involving the complex? Also If I can attend, how do I introduce myself?" Hi I am (My name) and I am representing (landlords name)." Or do I say," Hi I am(my name) and I am her in proxy of ( landlords name). What is the proper way? Maybe I am not correctly using the "in proxy" term? It confuses me. Can someone help me please? I don't want to sound dumb and embarrass myself. I am an educated woman. This may be a long one. but i have always wondered these.
1. God is are father so the bible says but then they say if you are not babtised and follow his everyword the you will go to hell...i am sorry but as a mother i would never want anything to happen to my son. even if i gave him up and never seen him i wouldnt want noting to happen. so if god really loved us as our father why would he want to send us to such a horrible place just cause we didnt listen or follow him.

2 who really wrote the bible.....it was found but that doesnt mean its true i could go bury a paper with weird writing decode it and say i found more of tjhe bible and people would believe me.

3 if everyone who seen god is dead how do we really know he is there.

5 swearing is bad they say and its a sin but who made swear words swears...who made them wrong to say?

I was rear-ended yesterday in a parking lot where the speed limit would typically be areound 15 mph. I was stopped (on a hill) with a car in front of me when I was rear-ended by a lady in a jeep going about 30 mph. Luckily, I didn't hit the car in front of me, but the person who hit me pushed me about 2 feet. The back hatch of my van is completely crushed, the drivers side back door is puched toward the front of my van and is not sitting flush with the rest of the van, and it looks as if she may have bent the frame. I was taken to the ER by ambulance because of excrutiating back pain and was told I strained the muscles and I have whiplash. I went back to the doctors today because the pain was worse and they suggested physical therapy. The woman who hit me acted very non-chalant about the accident and was even chuckling as she got out of her vehicle. Now I am in horrible pain and have no vehicle to drive and just wanted to see if I should hire a lawyer? Any suggestions?

I need some advice regarding some
of the specific laws and how to follow them.

My sister is 2 years old, and when she cries and yells it's so friggin' annoying, I feel like poking my eardrums out. I try to imitate her, and i start whining like she does, but then my parents get mad and hit me. I try singing out the noise, trying to keep my sanity, but it doesn't work. And every time I try to imitate my sister's whining, my mom is like 'I can't stand it when you do that'. And i tell her 'I can't stand it when SHE does THAT'.. and then she gets angry and takes away my things.. I don't know what to do, I'm going insane! I can't tell her to shut up cause she's only a little kid, but its SO DAMN ANNOYING, it's JUST NOISE. What am I supposed to do???

I've been very active in the gym for a while now, I've always had fights all my life, and I've always been big. I see these pride fighters and UFC guys beat the hell out of people all the time,and I say to myself. "Just one time, just one time to test myself and see what I'm made of" Should I try? How many pounds can I lose if I do the following:

eat just 1,000 calories a day
do 2 hours of Hatha Yoga a week

In regards to the vastness of the universe and the incredibly high probability of there being countless other life-harboring planets in existence... how can one say that "the Son" of a/the GOD came down to our lonely little sphere in order to preach to US. Furthermore, how can we assume that we are so special and presume that we should be favored over any other equally intelligent sentient lifeforms?

In my view, you can resolve this in two ways, the first being the admittance that Jesus was not the direct creation of an omni-creator... thus rejecting any sort of divine aspect of him. You can also counter the anti-divinity by presenting abbelarch's (sp?) fully-human fully-divine teach us how to live argument... but the you must accept the Godlike nature of other spiritually enlightened persons/beings.



Am I missing something here? What causes us to honestly think we are so special?

Batter singles.
Runner is then moved to second on SAC bunt.
Runner then steals third.
Runner comes home on a smash to third. 3b bobbles the ball and the throw home is late.

My question is this. What constitutes an "earned" run, especially if the runner in question both merits his way ON to base but scores involving an error somewhere.
Since there are so many scenarios that would contradict, can someone explain the governing philosophy on how to properly score an earned run and the process to do so?

Its slightly less frustrating than the infield fly, lol.
