I'm growing out my hair so far and my overall "game plan" is:

1. Drink a lot of water
2. Take a multivitamin
3. Get a trim every 6 weeks
4. Exercise regularly
5. Massage scalp daily
6. Shampoo 1-2x a week
7. Conditioner & Leave-In every day
8. Weekly deep conditioner & protein treatment

But I wanted to know if HairTopia vitamins really do help speed up hair growth. I've also visited different web forums & read kelp pills have the same affect.

If this is true, what's the average cost and where are they available at?

Just curious here on your opinion. In 1909 Ty Cobb hit 9 Hr's ( probably all inside the park jobs) which represented 8.3% of all Hr's hit in the American league that year. Mark McGwire hit 70, which represented 2.7% of all home runs hit in the National League that year.
In 1909 Hr were rare so 9 is a big deal.
In 1998 Hr's were very common ( probably 10 hit 45)

Which becomes more impressive?
This is the problem with comparing players in different eras by stats.
Not suggesting Ty Cobb would have hit tons of HR's today (who knows), he was a different type of player. And if McGwire hit in 1909 who's to say how many he would hit. Different time.

After I had my son two and a half years ago I have had this drooping lower stomach and until the past couple of months I have really wanted for it to finally go away. I have been doing a fifteen minute workout everyday that targets your stomach and I have lost weight but the sagging is still there. Any suggestions?

I was coerced into taking a home equity loan along with a mortgage refinance four years ago. The max on the loan was 15,000, of which we spent around 9,000. Since the time we did this, the monthly payments have continued to climb because of the high interest rate, and late fees. The loan has been maxed out for several months. In February we turned the account over to a credit counseling agency we are using. Today I received a summons that will account for nearly 20,000. I have never had a late mortgage payment; can I end up losing my house because of the home equity loan?
