I would like to find coconut, banana, and rum raisin. The idea is I would like to create a party for my daughter's birthday and thought that tropical banana splits might be fun as a part of the partys' theme.

Go to allrecipes.com and just search for the flavors you want.

Got to small gourment grocery stores, or small local ice cream stores adn have them hand-pack it.

Rum Raisin usually only comes out at Christmas time, however.

Why not just get vanilla ice cream? Use toasted coconut, banana, and pineapple toppings for a tropical theme.

My husband and I adore Lemon Ice Cream which is hard to find so I understand delima. You can look for online retailers and spend a fortune having it shipped or buy an ice cream maker and get recipes off the internet.

Good Luck!
