2 years ago, when i helped my brother set up fences in his yard? why do you asked? do you need help? in all seriousness, you have to take control of the situation. take charge; know what is the right direction to take and follow it. sometimes it might sounds like you're cornered, but this is when you really have to become who you are.

All the time at work. I work with fairly unstable individuals and I'm the only one on duty. It can be scary at times.

I feel it everyday since they put the no smoking ban in effect. It hurts business but yet the vendors expect me to keep a cigarette machine in the joint. It doesn't make sense.
