I think that like everything the right way is in the middle; animals are OK without clothes, and i do feel a bit sorry when i see a dog dress like a person, that is mostly for the owner pleasure then the animal, during the world cup i saw a dog with a English flag painted on is back,!!! that is a bit to much. but put a hat or a scarf on a dog sometime, just for a laugh or because they 'look so cute' i think its ok. At the end i say, people don't want to be treated .like animal so don't treat animal like people. Ciao

I think Paris Hilton is an idiot. Dogs are not meant to be dressed up- they have a coat. Dogs do have feelings about stuff and I think they feel ridiculous in human clothes and I bet all the other dogs are laughing at them and calling them names. Loses you all your street cred if you're a tough -guy rottweiler in a tutu ! Let them have their dignity.

My cat has a sweater to wear on those really cold days in winter where you never seem to be able to get warm. I think clothing for your animal is good as long as it serves a purpose like keeping the animal warm, but just to dress them up because you feel like it is silly.

We have a 2yr old Westie that thanks to my daughter dressing him up in a baby vest at one time as a puppy now has his own littler wardrobe. The reason for this is that he feels the cold in the winter time and shivers when he goes out. In the summer he is prone to sunburn due to being white. He now owns a couple of hoodies and a union jack T.shirt. He loves it. We do it to protect him from sunburn and the cold.

They do look funny I have to admit, if they're only being dressed up for a few minutes for a photo then I don't see any problem but if they're being dressed up all the time thats just wrong.

I'm not a big fan on the whole pets wearing clothes thing. They tend to look ridiculous with clothes. maybe just a badass collar or a bow...

If you want to dress up something then buy a doll!
Dressing up animals will make them more prone to attack and shows you have no idea how to own one and you bought it for all the wrong reasons!

We have a dog called jess, she is completely bonker's, she is mostly cared for by my 16yr old daughter who spoil's her rotten, she dresses her up in a pink dog t-shirt with the dog's name on it.. she even has her own pillow and blanket in my daughter's bed!!! as I am typing this my daughter is chatting away to her whilst the dog is sitting on the bed looking out of the window.. I told you, completely bonker's.. but she's lovely "O" and so is my daughter, bonker's that is!!
