After I had my son two and a half years ago I have had this drooping lower stomach and until the past couple of months I have really wanted for it to finally go away. I have been doing a fifteen minute workout everyday that targets your stomach and I have lost weight but the sagging is still there. Any suggestions?

Overall weight loss with diet and/or exercise, Regardless of what people think weight comes off where it wants you can target muscle growth, but not fat burn.

Resistance exercises build muscle but they don't burn enough fat to see much difference. You have to do cardio. Biking, running, aerobics...anything that gets your heart rate up and keeps it up for 30 minutes or more. I used to have a beer gut and love handles before I started jogging. Two months later it was pretty flat. Just be sure not to eat too much because you will be hungrier.

walking is very good for losing that pooch. leg lifts are, too. lift your knee to waist height, alternating legs, from a standing position.
