Go ahead and write a title. When I'm writing, I always have a "working title"...it may not be the final one I use, but I believe it is helpful to have one.
How about:
The Magic of the Midnight Scholastic Ghosts?
Midnight Magic
The Ghastly Ghostly School
Have fun! I bet you can come up with something. If, part way through your writing, the title doesn't fit anymore then create a new one.
I commend you guys for working together on a creative project. It's a great way to develop friendships as well as to fine tune your creative skills.

The best Title I coudl think of would be : If You Can Find a Better Book About Ghosts, School Drama, Magic, and More Than go Read It!
or simply : Ghosts, School Drama, Magic, and More.
No joke, Seriously, thats what I'd call it.

I always wanted to do a short story called" Mystic Halls".
"Images In The Field" "Hunting The Air Lords".
These are pictures in my mind and please feel free to use them or what ever if you wish.Perhaps it may be something for you to feed off of and give you some ideas.I cant seem to get the space I need to write like I should right now but I pray that you and your friend get published in a great way

Supernatural Rants from a Teenage Underworld
Teenage views of an Alternate Place
Young views on old Topics
It really depends on what point you're trying to get across to your target audience. If I knew more I may be able to help better....
let me know what you thought of the titles I came up with.

Write the book first, then let the contents of the book help you decide on a title.
In other words, write a title to fit the book... don't write a book to fit the title.

You could try to name the book with the name of the main character, or you could use something like
-ghost dance(not very original, but cool)
-along sandy shores
-the memoirs of a ghost
-breathing shadows
-the phantom in the blackboard
Or maybe something else. :)

You need to give us more information. We can't just formulate a catchy little title with what you've given us. What are the main characters? The setting?
