Workouts with dumbells?
I've recently bought a set of small weights. The lightest 1.1 kg and the heaviest 4.4 kg . I need to know the best way to use them to tone/ strenthen my stomach and shoulders.( And give me extra strenth for arm wrestling lol). Diagrams or words will both be very useful. thanx

I have just consulted a friend in law enforcement about a case regarding my stepson (14 years old) and him using 40 fake (counterfeit) bus tickets that were used to go and come back from school. The value in all was $60. According to her, this is a class c felony in my state (utter forgery). However, when I asked about the possible punishment, i didn't receive much of an answer because she said that she wouldn't hazard a guess. This is his first offense and he is pretty much a good student (straight A's normally). And he is remorseful. He was caught by a bus driver using them 2 months ago (of course, i didn't out until weeks later), so i don't know whether charges were pressed. There were survelliance cameras on the bus (so they will most likely identify him) and not to mention his fingerprints. What are his chances of being sent to a juvenile detention center or probation? He is planning of pleading guilty, but i think its best that we consult an attorney. thnx

Let me explain: Recently my landlords sent me a letter saying I owe them several thousands of $'s for damage done to the hallway carpet outside my door. The damage is not mine and has been there since I moved in as well as several other stains and marks throughout the hallway. Am I liable to pay for this? I feel like without proof they can not charge me for damage in a public area and blame me for it. I also don't feel that they can charge me to replace the hallway carpets for the entire apartment. Can anyone give me any advice/help? I really appreciate it!

I know this is probably a really, really stupid question, but I just finished re-installing winXP Pro and I think I was told to format the harddrive.

Being mildly ignorant when it comes to computers (not a good thing), I reinstalled WinXP before formatting the harddrive.

I did a "New Installation" (clean installation), but some files from before I reinstalled are still on the harddrive (program files).

Now, if I do a quick format on the harddrive, will it erase my installation of XP?

I had spyware on my computer which i was able to get rid of after about 2 weeks and 10 different programs but i still have a problem in my registry that wont let me open my recycle bin and wont let me get into some programs. i ran spybot S&D and heres the location of it

I love children and would love to work with them so I have decided to become a Pediatrician or Pediatric Nurse. But I don't think I can survive medical school. I don't even know if I can make it in college. I have few minor set backs, I can't spell, pronounce or do math in my head very well. I was born and raised in Nigeria and when I came to the U.S I was barely able to spell my middle name ( Rosemary).
I tried really hard to improve in everything including learning English in less than 1yr. I made honor rolls all throughout middle school, and recently graduated from High school at the top 10 percent of my school and winning a presidential award signed by President Bush! But now college is on its way and am doubting whether I can make it. How can I go to college and get a good job if I have troubles spelling, pronouncing, and doing easy math in my head?

i found a 2006 nissan altime for 14000 dollars, it s v 4, 2.5 s 20000K, owner was rear ended so it has a new bumper, it looks fine and still under warranty, i ran a carfax report and it said first owner was a rental so i contacted the seller he said yes enterprise owned and his dad bought off a dealer auction.what do you think?

our daughter just turned 12 and throughout her life my husband and I have fought over discipline. I understand hes a man and he doesn't want to end up on Jerry Springer but sometimes I think his punishment are too much. I'll punish her for a couple days and he'll turn around and tell me i'm crazy and drag it out for weeks Sometimes when she's not even punished hell remember something that happened that week and tell her to go to her room. Then he'll explain that earlier she was being disrespectful and mouthy which I admit she is very testy w/me not w/ him. We are constantly argueing about discipline and my 12 year old has said to me "Why don't you guys get a divorce?" We fight constantly and she heres us. I just don't know if I'm fighting a battle that's not worth it .Or if I have a valid point.I'm just sick of fighting and our daughter uses us against each other. When he says no she'll come to me and Ill feel bad and she knows that.any suggestions?

Having watched the BBC Panorama documentary on scientology I have to say that I was shocked!
Tommy Davis' behavior was completely unacceptable the way he wouldn't let John Sweeny talk and was always in his face was an obvious admition that they have something to hide.
Does anyone else agree?

P.S Please no links from scientologists showing the "real side" of the documentary on YouTube because I have seen it. Just some real answers would be nice.
