Hey girl! its okay if you don't have his time of birth, but if you know where he was born, you can go to this site and get a free sample of your horoscopes and see what it says (I think it cost like $35 if you want to purchase it) but the free ones are pretty informative. Since you don't know the time of birth, just put in noon.
Oh and if you're still trying to snag that Sag. try hanging with some Aries, he may come around.
