SUBJECT: ...........Spousal Abuse....................

I've come to see this in the life of one of my close Friends.
And I'm confused at how to handle it.

Taking the High Ground. Means she will be beatin' some more.

Taking the Low Ground will probably find me in Jail.

I know it happens? And I know there's simple forms of advice.
I would like to know, from both Men & Women?
Where is the fine line between caring?
And stepping over into someone's Personal Life?

Both choices, does not have a firm solution. Where should I go on this?
How difficult is it to convince someone that it's not her fault?
"Just Deal with it". Isn't the answer.When it deals with a close Friend.

Can I have some respectful, and intelligent answers?
To this very real and very serious problem.

I noted the shrill panicky comments on the TB patient crossing borders in the TV broadcast media with amusement yesterday. The first report I read is that it was unlikely to spread, though, CDC was concerned. Fair enough. Instantly it boiled over into a full scale panic shouting out for investigations, damnation of the patient, and, criticism of the government. I believe no matter the issue, broadcasters like to shout fire in a crowded theater when it comes to issues of interest, and, political opinions, to create a viewing audience, at the detriment of the American people.

The left behind movie of several years ago portray the final events culminating in a Secret Rapture. Could their be another point of view regarding the coming of Christ? Will his coming be literal?

What does the Bible really mean when it says in Revelation 1:7 that "Every eye shall see him" at his coming? This doesn't appear to be secret. Explain.

when i used to go to yahoo groups, ebay, or craigslist, when i viewed a page, it would be highlighted with a different color,my computer no longer does this, and i keep going back looking at pages i have already viewed. any ideas on what setting changed? i am pretty much a computer idiot, any help greatly appreciated, as i really miss this feature

We've been marred for 20 years. In the beginning we had sex a lot. Kids came and I was tired when he wanted it. Now I want it often and barely get it 1x every month or so & it leaving me dissappointed. We married young & had no sexual experience.I used to think I was satisfied with it until recently. It felt good but I never had an orgasm. I started feeling like there was more to it. Sex for us is basically 5 minutes or less depending on when he climaxes. Then he is done regardless. (I think there's a prob & hes embarrassed. wont see dr) I am so let down now and want more. I tried to explain this to him I need more. foreplay/pleasuring me using hands/fingers/mouth. He tried different positions but he won't do the the extras. We've never done oral sex. We both used to think it was gross.Now I'm thinking of it as something new & exciting. I feel like I'm missing so much sexually since it's one sided. We have kids & no sitter so we can't go to a hotel. What can I do?

i live in nj and gas prices here are high (like everywhere else) but there seems to a new trick involved. the gas station i go to has the lowest prices in the area, even if only by a few pennies. i filled up yesterday and noticed the pump displayed a higher price per gallon than was posted on the sign by the road. i asked the guy and he said that was because they now offer a "cash discount" and that was the price displayed at the road. so they lure you in with the low price sign, and gyp you 6 extra cents a gallon at the pump!

anyone else have this experience lately?
