hey guys, my bf and i were having a heated discussion on universal healthcare, hes for and im against....i am against b/c why should we get taxed so much, and also universal healthcare would make healthy ppl pay for obese and smokers..etc, and i heard drs. are decrease if u have it...etc. many pts on why i dont like it.....and then he called me selfish, does this make me selfish? b/c i dont want universal healthcare...

I mentioned in a question that I shot a copperhead, and I got thirty e mails telling me that I was a murderer and sadistic. Then they tell me I should have captured him and took him somewhere safe. What??!! Do they realize that a copperhead is poisonous and I am pregnant. My husband wasn't home, i was here by myself and I am proud that I possess the ability to shoot him and if I had to do it again then I would! Having a poisonous snake around is dangerous. We come home sometime in the evening and we could have stepped on him or anything. My priority is my family. If you are one of those that sent me an e mail, I am glad that I did it, would do it again and if he has any relatives, then they will get the same!

My boyfriend and I had a tough time about a month ago where we nearly broke everything off because I wanted more children and he didn't. We sorted it out and we agreed that we would have kids someday, but only when he was ready.

I have a 14-month-old daughter and he used to be really uncomfortable around her, but he seems to be getting a little better with her each time he sees her. When we're over at his place she follows him around his apartment and walks under his legs. Sometimes he asks about her and wants to make sure I'm taking care of her. I tease him about it and he brushes it off saying he still isn't ready to be a dad, but I can see him growing into the role a tiny bit day by day.

He's not her biological father and her dad is still involved in her life as well. My question is, as my daughter gets older, I want my boyfriend to have a say in what happens with her education and raising. Is that possible, since we don't want to get married/aren't living together?

"stole" Pagan holidays? They had to! They were being thrown to the lions for Isis sake. If they "borrowed" Pagan holidays and traditions into thier own so they no one would think anything odd was going on. It was so they could worship is some peace. It's not a bad thing, its just a part of the history of the religion.

I have tried various player softwares like powerdvd, real player etc but the movie is played like a slide show of pictures. No background softwares working while playing dvd. It plays vcds very well. cleaned the dvd.

How to set it Right, Any Ideas?

Before this guy I had been seeing 3 months left for vacation for two weeks he was acting kinda weird the last night and said I guess I'll see you when I get home. When he got back Monday night I talked to him a little then he basically ignored me at work yesterday. Last night he calls and says he has to talk to me. He said we should just be friends bc he went away for so long and now its weird but he doesnt want any hostility between us since we work together. My issue is he could have done this Monday or even before he left. I think the only reason it is weird is because he probaly thinks I'll ask if he did anything with any girls on vacation. I am more angry than upset....I really want a answer of where this came from because "its weird" is crap bc hes the one who made it weird not me. And he wants to be friends. Can I ask him for an explaination? The worst part is I still do like him and the whole if he did anything, it shouldnt matter bc I never got the idea we were exclusive.

Please, if anyone can help I would be forever greatful. I was just told I have osteoarthritis in both knees. I was give cortisonce injections into each knee 2 weeks ago today. The swelling is the same. 3 days ago I was started on Lodine every morning for paid & swelling. The knees are the same. I am scared I have to cancel my July 7th wedding. I would never be able to stand for a wedding/reception. Everything is paid for. Also, my future inlaws purchased us a honeymoon package of 10 days in Italy to visit family. I could never walk the airport, let alone Italy. I don't want them to lose money but they did not purchase insurance. If I don't go, we all lose. The doc says if the swelling goes down, my knees will feel better, but nothing has worked. I've rested and iced both knees for about 4 weeks. If anyone can suggest something I can try or tell my doctor to do, please tell me. What is supposed to be the most important day of my life will soon be my worst. Thank you
