On the occasions I`ve been to the States Ive always found Jet Lag to be more severe travelling from East to West. Yes it is Jet Lag.

i had some great advice,i flew back from quito,s.america via amsterdam then to heathrow then train to Reading,i dont remember how long it took excactly aroud 15 hrs including stops transfers etc,the group i was travelling with said to stay awake till ure normal bed time,then when u wake up ure body will be more adjusted to this paricular time zone,i followed this and although i slept alot i was back to normal the next day,hope you enjojed ure trip
