God, you all should just brain storm...or get a large map..and close your eyes,spin around and then, point to the place on the map!
Or you can think of things that you :"thought that a person said" but, you misunderstood them...sometimes that is pretty cool! Like some people hearing one thing...and then finding out that it is really another thing entirely different! LOL!
Or,
Pick out a cartoon character that you really think is pretty cool...from either now or wayyyy back before you were even born! Or just a t.v. character that you love...or a group of characters...or a person that shows what your group is really totally all about!
Pick out a strange name from a book or for an animal, or fish, or bird..,or a color...etc...
or a color patterns...like "The Plaids" or name a Particular pattern of some type of material...say the "seersuckers" or the Spandez...or use puns like "the Spandex Ballet"! or name yourself after something funky!
what you want is a name that you can live with..and something really fun..and something that you all can agree with..and can be not only proud of..but, you can live with it, for years(hopefully) to come!
Experiment with sounds (how the sound of the title sounds to you.,..when you are saying it aloud..so that when others announce you....that you KNOW that this IS SOOOO you!!!

Its Cool your making a band, I think your name should be any of these:
Hot Acid
Nice Tragedy
Resistance
Motorhead and is gang
I dont know, I cant think of very good ones, but if you want you could use one of these . I think they sound pretty stupid though. My favorite is Hot Acid, but you may have a different opinion. Well, Good Luck with your band!!!!

Well, it depends on your band's concept (if you have a fixed one) and what you want to portray your band as. I'd suggest a few to you so that you have more options:
a) Silent Noise
b) The Emo-Punks
c) The Grace
d) Ancient History
