Leviticus 17:11 still in the Hebrew and in the Jewish Scriptures even after the temple was destroyed and Jesus fulfilled this-and the Jewish people cant take it out of their bible because it is there!

"The life of the flesh is in the blood, and I have given it to make atonement/forgiveness for your sins." once on the altar and then in Jesus God almighty as Isaiah promised the prince of peace the Son given, the child to be born. Isaiah 9:6

why did Moses say thus saith the Lord-that we have to have an innocent blood atonement to have our sins forgiven???

I live in central Connecticut, and I recently used a home water-testing kit (WaterSafe). My water tested as soft -- that part wasn't a surprise. We've always had.. slippery water. When visitors shower they complain that they still felt soapy after repeated rinsings. However, I was surprised to see that our water tested at about 9.5 using their ph test. It seems we have soft alkaline water.

There's a lot of sandstone and swamp around in our Connecticut low-land area, and as far as I know that might explain the soft water, but why would the water be so base, and should we be concerned by a 9.5 rating? There's a superfund landfill upstream (under a mile) from our place, so I'm a bit edgy.

My husband is doing great with his first week of chemo. His largest tumor was at 6cm last time it was messured was 2cm. Now I can't feel it at all anymore. He has 3 cycles left will they do a CAT scan in between? Or will they have to do all 3 no mater if the tummors are gone? Chemo durgs are not somthing to mess around with and I want to make sure if they don't over do it. He only has tescular cancer and they reoved the testie already.

he served me with divorce papers? We have been separated for 5 months - he walked out - and treated me like crap. I tried very hard to save the marriage but he does not want it.
He went to the lawyer to get advice - but when I went to see my lawyer he flew off the handle. He opened up to his friends about separation, but when I did he was very angry again.
And now I am hurt after getting served, so my tone of voice with him is of anger and disgust. He insists that I be friendly with him. WHY DOES THAT MATTER TO HIM?????

We'll be divorced in a few months anyway! Is there something I am not seeing?

7, 6 and 3 yr old. They are UNDISCIPLINED, RUDE, and UNGRATEFUL. They're living with us because their mom couldn't financially, emotionally, phsyically or mentally take care of them. The oldest one (i swear) is aneroxic! She won't eat anything I make. (She doesn't like tacos, enchiliadas, sphagetti) The middle ones not there.To say the least. He's messed up in the head. The youngest won't get up to use the tiolet during night time. She's even gotten to the point of hiding the clothes and DENYING it. I tell my boyfriend that they need a mom (Which I cannot be) They need SO MUCH attention and love. When their mom left them with us she never said anything about her 'problems' She brought them with the clothes they had on and never came back to pick them up. She called a few days later and told us she wasn't going to pick them up. NOW she wants them back. She has 2 other kids with her, no job, living with friends for 'free'.I want them 2 go back. Bf wants them 2 stay. What Should I do?

3. Jesus Christ is God's ONLY provision for man's sin. Through Him you can know and experience God's love and plan for your life.

4. We must individually RECEIVE Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord; then we can know and experience God's love and plan for our lives.

I am a big reader. I read a book sometimes two a week. I really enjoy Agatha Christie, Donald Bain, and Stephen King. Can anyone suggest another author similar to them that is as interesting? I have tried to read Dean Koontz and Mary Higgins Clark and cannot get into their work. Paranormal mystery is good too. Help, I don't want to run out of books.
