Only matrices of identical dimensions can be added. Your matrices are 2-by-3 vs 3-by-2 in size.

Your first Matrix is of order 2x3 and the second 3x2. If you want to add two matrices, they must be of the same order. So, the answer is undefined.

since A and C are not the same dimmension (one is 2 x 3 and the other is 3 x 2) they can not be added!

these matrices can be multiplied but not added... they have to be of identical dimensions to be added
