Ever since adolescence I've been having a weird attitude to food. Either I overeat or I starve myself. Right now I am on an overeating phase, and I don't know if I have the energy to muster myself towards eating less, because I know where I will end up.

I have trichotillomania, schizotypal p.d., and depression. I have very low impulse control, and I do very easily get unhealthy habits. I have been struggling against trichotillomania for many years, and if you have it you will now how difficult it is. It is like kicking a drug addiction. Just as difficult as kicking my eating disorder.

I don't want to spend the rest of my years carefully planning what I eat, because it will turn into an obsession, and spin out of control. All I want is a carefree attitude to food. Even though I don't have a diagnosis, answer the question as if it were: "is it possible for someone with an eating disorder to ever get a normal attitude to food again?"

It all started with a situation last November.. when a lot of self-esteem/ confidence issues had been building up, and a guy who I had a mini-crush on that'd danced with me and given me attention ended up thinking my best friend was hot. It killed me and triggered a four month depression of self-hate/ mutilation and confusion. I felt used by that guy for one night and people had always told me that I was prettier than my best friend. However, by four months, I had started coming out of that phase, and I also found out that this guy who I'd thought used me thought I was hot but he and my friend sort of had this thing now. And I didn't care anymore!

But after these few months, I can't be the same. I feel a whole lot better, but everytime someone thinks my best friend is hot or cute, I get filled with this anxiety and get put into that depressed state. I think it's an inferiority complex I developed but I don't understand any of it or how to get out of it. It only happens with her too!

OK, so im 16, and i have this assistant teacher. This is his first year being an assistent. I sit in the way back of the class and he always sits next to me. When i ask for help then he always stares at my boobs. His name is Mr. Wudulomi. He's kinda cute tho. He always stares at me, even when hes not talking. When i got a 100 on my test, then the paper said come see me. When my class ends, he gets to leave the school. So one day i was walking home and he pulled up with his car and asked if i wanted a ride. Then another time when we were going out of class, then i was walking out and i was squished bc everyone was trying to get out of the room through the small door way and then he pressed up against me against the wall and he put his hand up my shirt a few inches. It was reall y weird.Oh yea, then he told me to come to his house for tutoring then my parent swanted me to go, so i went and we didnt talk about math at all. And when he laughed hE WOUld touch my leg! Does he like me?!?!

This might be a common sense question--I don't know--but I am going to give out a survery and one of the questions asks for thier sex. Do I write "What is your SEX?" or "What is your Gender?" Does it actually matter? I looked up the dictionary and I found out that the term "gender" is now used for something else. So I believe "sex" is a better term to use. Could you guys help me clear up this concept. Thanks.

I lent my wedding tiara to my friend two years ago - she never returned it despite me asking for it.
It meant a lot to me(sentimental value) and was rather expensive.
I know I can't wear it anymore, but I had it on display in my cabinet.
I know I shouldn't have lent it now(too generous).
I don't want to take legal action, but what are some other ways I could ask for it's return without being too demanding or pushy.
I don't want to spoil the friendship although it's pretty strained now because I am hurt she has no respect for my belongings.

There is a new Birth control pill out that is supposed to make women not have a period at all. I forget what it is called, but I would love to take it. I have horrible periods and when I was younger before I ever had sex I had to take birth control pills. If you guys have any ifo on this new pill I would love to hear it. I am really interested in taking it. NO CRAMPS!! How great would that be? Ugh! Thanks~

I have been asked to advise my girlfriend's mother on a replacement for her 7 year old Citroen Xsara 1.6 hatchback. Having only owned one car (a mighty Volvo 340!) which I inherited I havent had much experience of buying and selling so can anyone recommend a suitable replacement for the Xsara. She has £5-6,000 to spend and wants a 5door hatch, the younger the better. She does about 10,000 miles a year mostly local but some motorway driving.

Some of the cars I thought are the Citroen C4 (obvious but not sure we'd get one in price range?), Ford Focus, Vauxhall Astra, Peugeot 307, but are there any others in the price range? VW Golf? Japanese makes for example?
